Its customers being urban professionals, the retailer's business personality extends the product characteristics and promotes a relaxed environment.

An example might be a chain retailer like Zellers or Canadian Tire

The retail chain customers are often low- to mid-income families. As such, the retailer's business personality is typically straight forward and value-driven.

Insight: 1 Corporate

An example might be Home Depot or Mountain Equipment Co-op

With moneyed urbanites as its primary customers, these retailers business personality project a clean and simple-but-abundant attitude.

Why consider HandyRandy?

Teamwork.

We work with you, as an extension of your internal and external teams.

Experience.

For over 20 years, our team members have devised and developed smart ideas in visual communications, marketing, advertising and communications strategy for clients who already have enough on their hands.

Our doors are open.

At HandyRandy, we believe that effective communication is two-way communication, where all parties work together to share knowledge. The result: better informed decision-making, executed on a plan and supported by sound business strategy.

Our promise to you.

We pledge to open (and keep open) the lines of communication and adhere to the highest ethical practices in all of our dealings.

We deliver solutions.

Our true passion is working closely with small- and medium-sized businesses (just like yours) to help them grow or solve communications issues. Many companies, both local and international, count on us every day to create and deliver targeted sales and marketing tools such as brochures and websites. They also look to us to provide strategic communications consulting and exacting project management.

We have the know-how.

In our studio are key personnel such as Paul Trieu (Business Dev/Sr. Graphic Artist), Randy Milanovic (Strategy/Creative Director) and Jason Meilleur (Web and Online Apps Team Lead). Teamwork and collaboration are words you’ll hear a lot of in our studio: we have relationships with a hand-picked team of very talented and pre-qualified subcontractors and suppliers who are ready to provide their expertise on demand.

We are community minded.

Our firm regularly donates time and expertise to many community organizations and charities, from the Alberta Cancer Foundation and the Vocational Recreational Research Institute (now Vecova) to the Calgary Foothills Soccer Club and others.

We conduct ourselves professionally.

Our Creative Director has been a Professional Member (MGDC) of the Society of Graphic Designers of Canada since 1995. As a member, Randy has met the requirements of the GDC (min. 7 years’ professional level experience, high ethical and quality standards, and adherence to the code of conduct of a professional designer with the GDC.)
